Online orders: name, email, phone, basket contents, collection slot. Contact form: name, email, phone, message. Newsletter: email address only.
Purposes
To prepare and hand over your order, to reply to you, and — where you have consented — to send you our news. We never sell or share data for advertising.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe. We neither see nor store your card details; we only receive the payment status.
Retention
Orders: three years (accounting records: ten years). Contact messages: one year. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
